Conflict/bullying in the workplace is expanding at an alarming pace. During the past five years, workplace violence has risen 850%.

This short presentation will help clarify what is meant by violence and bullying in the workplace, identify 9+ factors that promote conflict at work, and provide at least one model for dealing with conflict at work.

As our culture evolves to a more confrontational model, the skills and processes necessary to address and resolve differences are essential.
